This is a private apartment on the second floor of a small apartment building. There is no elevator at the property. The private unit includes bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The bedroom has a king bed with an innerspring memory foam hybrid mattress and 100% cotton sheets. The pillows and comforter are allergy-free down alternative. Blackout curtains and a fan ensure a great night's sleep. There is a desk and chair also located in the bedroom. A twin sized air mattress and bedding is provided for guest use if needed, as well as a pack n Play with mattress and sheets. The living area boasts a big comfy couch, plenty of blankies, and a Samsung Smart TV you can login to your streaming services on. The adorable retro kitchen is stocked with basic cooking equipment, gas range, microwave, toaster. While far from being a high-end, modern chef's kitchen, it is functional and full of character. There is a single cup coffee maker that uses grounds or K-cups. Starter coffee supplies are provided. There is no dishwasher. The kitchen table seats 2. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combo. We provide plenty of fluffy towels, Turkish towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and a few other basic toiletries. Toilet paper and hand soap is also provided. The home has high speed WiFi throughout. Coin laundry is located in the basement, shared by all tenants. Concierge laundry is available upon request.
